I founded HomeCare Plus LLC out of a deep personal experience and a desire to make a difference. My mother devoted her life to caring for others and built a stellar reputation, often receiving private job offers even after retirement. However, despite her exceptional work, the agencies she worked for did not compensate her fairly.
I want to transform the perception of caregiving into a respected and fulfilling career—one where caregivers are not only fairly compensated but also celebrated for their hard work.
