At HomeCare Plus, we provide non-medical personal care, household assistance, specialized care including Alzheimers / Dementia support, and companionship / social support.

I founded HomeCare Plus LLC out of a deep personal experience and a desire to make a difference. My mother devoted her life to caring for others and built a stellar reputation, often receiving private job offers even after retirement. However, despite her exceptional work, the agencies she worked for did not compensate her fairly.

I want to transform the perception of caregiving into a respected and fulfilling career—one where caregivers are not only fairly compensated but also celebrated for their hard work. At HomeCare Plus LLC, we strive to create a workplace where caregivers feel proud of their profession, enjoy job stability, and are genuinely appreciated for their dedication.
